It’s hard to believe that it’s been ten years since The Weeknd dropped off his debut mixtape, House of Balloons. Since then, the artist has gone on to do some big things, becoming one of the world’s biggest stars. Today The Weeknd is back, and he returns with the original version of the project, dropping the mixtape on all streaming platforms.
The new version arrives in its original incarnation with original mixes and samples. The project was released on March 21, 2011, and featured nine tracks. The project arrives with the hits “Wicked Games, “Twenty Eight, “House Of Balloons/Glass Table Girls,” and more. A few of our favorite standouts including “The Morning,” “What You Need,” “Coming Down,” and “The Knowing.”
