They’re Back! Maison Margiela & Reebok Reveal The Tabi Décortiqué Low

Today, we get another entry into the high fashion-meets-sportswear collaboration category. This time around, Reebok and Maison Margiela return, unleashing a brand new iteration of the Classic Leather. Once again, the two have aligned to serve up the Classic Leather Tabi Décortiqué Low silhouette. The sneaker is basically a low-cut variation of the Classic Leather Tabi High that was released last Summer.

The sneaker finds the French fashion label adding its own touches to the model, offering a creative and unique approach. The Classic Leather is seen with a deconstructed design, boasting see-through windows across the uppers in sections such as the forefoot, quarter panels, and heels. The cage-like aesthetic allows the silhouette’s architectural framework to shine through, essentially using “the practice of exposing and elevating the humble insides of a garment or accessory traditionally covered up.”

The sneakers arrive in a trio of colorways, including “White,” “Black,” and “Red.” They will arrive on January 28 via Maison Margiela and Reebok, retailing for $595 USD, while the “Bianchetto” makeup will cost $650 USD. Take a closer look at this eye-catching collaboration in the images and look for more from Reebok coming very soon. In the meantime, keep it locked with The Culture Curators for all the best new footwear.
