Traveling Architecture | The Solar Egg Sauna

We’ve seen modern architecture of all sorts. However, today we take a look at something unique that is making stops all around the world. Today we get a look at the Solar Egg Sauna. It’s sleek, shiny, eye-catching, futuristic, and functional. This unique design has already made stops in Paris, Minnesota, and Copenhagen. The Solar Egg was designed and brought to life by Bigert & Bergström. The award-winning mobile sauna will stay in Sweden for a stint at the Icehotel.

The design features a pine-lined interior, while a heart-shaped stove while the golden mirrored exterior offers a unique experience. This is a great place for visitors to keep warm at a toasty 75 to 85 degrees Celsius. It’s also a great way to check out the unique landscapes in which it sits. The Solar Egg Sauna is nothing short of unique and certainly worth your time and effort. The best part is that getting inside the sauna is free, though guests must book a time in advance. Certainly an attractive design, the Solar Egg Sauna might just pop up in your area, but would you use it?
