The need for speed is very real around these parts. In case you couldn’t tell, we have an affinity for outstanding rides of all sorts. Today we take a look at something new from Russia’s Zillers Garage, adding new life to a sleek ride. Today we get our first look at the Zillers Garage BMW R9T Motorcycle. HR Giger inspired this eye-catching design, and it is apparent from the first look. The engine and internals of the bike remain the same, but nearly everything else takes on a new look.
Zillers has draped the motorcycle in a hand-formed aluminum shell. The body workhouses a single HID headlight that hangs over the fuel tank and handlebars. This makes for an intriguing and futuristic look. The digital instrumentation and commonly bar-mounted controls are incorporated in a series of pushbuttons. These are seen on the tank cover, which cleans up the front end and adds a minimalist aesthetic. The R9T is impressive on its own, but Zillers has taken the bike to a whole new level. Eye-catching and functional, this version of the R9T is available to buy, with each one made to order.
