Updates & Upgrades! Polaroid Unveils The Now+ Instant Camera

The good folks over at Polaroid are back at it again. After serving up their Keith Haring-inspired instant camera earlier this year, the photography giant is back with its most versatile product yet. Today we introduce you to the Now+, a reimagined instant camera that features connectivity upgrades and a bit more creative freedom for users. The camera builds on the autofocus, dynamic flash, and self-timer features, offering aperture priority and tripod mode functionalities as well. This allows creatives to experiment with the depth of field and long exposures.

The Polaroid Now+ can connect to your mobile device via Bluetooth, allowing you to control the device through the Polaroid app. This provides the ability to do light painting, double exposure, and manual mode shooting. For the first time, five physical snap-on filters are also included. The lenses come with individual carrying cases and are found in “Starburst,” “Red Vignette,” orange, blue, and yellow. To celebrate the launch, the brand has released a series of photography to put the camera’s functions on display. Polaroid worked with Berlin-based makeup artist Kicki Zhang and French dancer and choreographer Jojo Akams.

Check out the new Now+ instant camera in the images and head over to Polaroid to find out more. In the meantime, keep it locked with The Culture Curators for more from the tech sector coming very soon.
