It’s Thursday, we’re all hyped about the weekend arriving soon, and here at The Culture Curators, we’re going to kick it off early. We’re close enough, right? As everyone shares their throwback Thursday images and memories on social media, we are doing something different. Today we take a look back through sound with a Throwback Thursday playlist.
On Monday, we took to social media to ask you about your favorite tracks from the ‘90s. You responded with some fantastic selections, going in-depth and pulling out some gems that we haven’t heard in years. We were so impressed by the range of your selections we compiled all of your choices into our first fan made Throwback Thursday playlist.
Much like our weekly playlist ‘A Curation of Sound,’ this throwback Thursday features an incredible dose of classic material from genres across the board. You all went in on these choices, providing classic tracks that range from Counting Crows to The Roots. There are memorable singles from Busta Rhymes, Janet Jackson, Nirvana, Tupac, SWV, The Pharcyde, and too many more to list. The variety of material here is nothing short of incredible. The selections are sure to take you on a ride back in time.
