It seems like it’s been a minute since we last heard from Aloe Blacc. After becoming a household name in the early 2010s, Aloe has stayed busy dropping new material here and there. Today he is back with something new for our listening enjoyment, unleashing a smooth new single called “I Do.” The track arrives after partnering with BMG for a new deal. It also arrives ahead of his upcoming fourth album, which is set to be released later this year.
The track was inspired by Aloe’s wife and Australian singer, Maya Jupiter. The artist recently opened up about the track and the private aspects of his life. He stated: “Luck brought us together, despite living halfway across the world with a vast ocean between us. ‘I Do’ is the perfect representation of the profound love we share.” The track is certainly one worth checking out, as Aloe never lets us down.
