Detroit’s very own Big Sean is back! The wordsmith makes his return after a bit of a hiatus, arriving with a brand new album in the process. Today Big Sean is back with ‘Detroit 2,’ revisiting 2012’s project, ‘Detroit.’ The album arrives as his fifth studio album and finds Big Sean delivering something special. The album comes locked in with twenty-one tracks for our listening enjoyment.
Along the way, Big Sean links up with a who’s who of incredible artists. Throughout the album, Big Sean is joined by the likes of Lil Wayne, Eminem, Travis Scott, and even the late Nipsey Hussle. Elsewhere, Erykah Badu, Dave Chappelle, and Stevie Wonder on the album’s three “story” interludes.”
The rest of the album is littered with impressive new material with guests appearances from Young Thug, Dwele, Anderson .Paak, Ty Dolla $ign, Jhené Aiko, Wale, Hit-Boy, Post Malone, Boldy James, Dom Kennedy, Diddy, and more. Some of our favorites include “Lucky Me,” “Wolves,” with Post Malone, and “Guard My Heart,” featuring Anderson .Paak, Earlly Mac & Wale.
