The trio of ATLiens known as Migos are back. It’s never a bad day when you get a new single from the crew, and today we get exactly that. This time around Offset, Quavo, and Takeoff drop off “Racks 2 Skinny.” The track arrives ahead of their upcoming project, Culture III, though no definite release date has been announced yet. “Racks 2 Skinny” finds the trio hitting us with an energetic, up-tempo track that is sure to grab your attention.
The single is driven by these hyperactive drum sections, which are seamlessly paired with these contagious, yet dark melodic elements. The combination provides the three MC’s with a nice home to do their thing. Each of the wordsmith’s take turns displaying their lyrical prowess, putting together something quite impressive in the process.
The track also arrives ahead of the upcoming Quarantine Mixtape Quavo promised a few weeks back. While there is no word on where this track may live, or when the third iteration of Culture will arrive, it’s certainly one worth adding to your listening selections.
