The good folks over at Snow Peak are back. This time around, they return to expanding its camping experience after boasting six locations already in Japan. Now they are bringing their camping experience to the states with the Long Beach Campfield. This unique campground is situated on 25 acres north of Washington’s Columbia River. The destination lies between Seattle and Portland, offering a unique experience for campers and adventurers of all sorts.
The Campfield will feature a variety of sites to accommodate tents and campervans, also providing stays in Jyubako mobile cabins designed by Kengo Kuma. The Long Beach Campfield will also feature an on-site cafe and retail store to stock that will stock Snow Peak gear. And, to honor their mission of gathering in nature, guests will find heated soaking tubs and Japanese-inspired saunas.
As far as activities, guests can take advantage of the beach, surfing, kayaking, and hiking, enjoying the incredible scenery all around. The Long Beach Campfield will begin taking reservations in 2022, welcoming their first guests during the 2023 camping season.
