The second season of the critically acclaimed drama David Makes Man recently debuted on the OWN channel. With the coming-of-age series returning, Raekwon invades the interwebs with a new track that will be included in the show. The new single is called “Bring Dat Doe,” an infectious new track that follows up the artist’s contributions to DJ Kay Slay’s recent single, “Extravagant.”
“Bring Dat Doe” finds Raekwon weaving together his wordplay, showcasing his smooth delivery and timeless flow in the process. The track is driven by a contagious combination of slick melodic elements and some crisp, clean drum work. The backdrop provides Raekwon with an incredible home to do his thing, and he certainly doesn’t fall short along the way. The MC has been doing it for decades and hasn’t lost a step behind the mic. While the track serves as Rae’s contribution to the show, there is no word on whether he is working on any new material for the future.
