The Minions are set to return to the big screen next year in Minions: Rise of Gru. To celebrate the upcoming film ahead of time, Reebok returns to pay homage to those loveable yellow creatures and Gru’s six rivals. The new collaboration comes in the form of a collection of footwear and apparel, offering some bold style with eye-catching attention to detail.
The capsule features five shoes, including a Question Mid, two versions of the Instapump Fury, and a duo of Club Cs. The collection is finished off with two tees, which are presented in inclusive size runs and loaded with special details. The footwear includes a metallic mid-top Question “Gru’s Lab,” which boasts glow-in-the-dark outsoles and multi-tone silver uppers.
On the Vicious 6’s sinister Instapump Fury, we find spikes, animal prints, reptilian textures, and unique graphics. The Club C includes a kids-only “Minions” pair rocking a bold yellow and blue colorway. The other pair finds the Vicious 6 dropping an elegant corduroy, leather, and nubuck pair accented in gray and purple.
The apparel comes in the form of long and short-sleeve tees in black and white. The long sleeve version boasts a Reebok Vector logo on the chest, with marching Minions holding a dragon float. The short sleeve tee finds the chest Vector created from dozens of grinning Minions.
