The one and only, Selena Gomez is back. Say what you want, but we’re all hyped. Today she returns with a brand new single entitled “Lose You To Love Me.” The track is her first solo release of 2019 and has many folks thinking the track is all about her past relationship with Justin Bieber. The track is a piano-driven ballad, pushed by smooth melodies that provide a nice home for the songstress to excel.
Gomez sings: “I gave my all and they all know it / You turned me down, and now it’s showing / In two months you replaced us / Like it was easy / Made me think I deserved it.” The track is an incredibly vulnerable song. The track comes as she explained she shared because she wants “people to feel hope and to know you will come out the other side stronger and a better version of yourself. The track is a smooth, infectious number, one that comes to life in a fitting set of black and white visuals.
