The one and only, slowthai is back. The artist is gearing up for the release of his sophomore album TYRON, and he’s back today with a brand new single. This time around, the AWGE/A$AP affiliate links up with Skepta for a smooth new single entitled “CANCELLED.” The track also comes with a unique set of visuals directed by THE REST. The track comes to life with a vivid and eye-catching clip that makes several movie references throughout.
slowthai and Skepta showcase their respective styles, doing so while portraying several horror/slasher films in the process. From Silence of The Lambs and Candyman to Nightmare on Elm Street and The Texas Chainsaw, the two provide something unique and eye-catching in the process.
The track “CANCELLED” is driven by some infectious and ominous melodies, which are seamlessly paired with some crisp, hard-hitting drum work. The combination provides a perfect home for the duo, and they certainly don’t disappoint.
