In celebration of this year’s Capcom Winter Update and Prize Fighter event, Steve Aoki is back with a new “Dim Mak x Street Fighter” collection. The new collection has been released alongside a limited edition counter-cade in partnership with Arcade1Up. If that wasn’t enough, Steve Aoki also dropped off an official remix of Ryu’s iconic theme song. The DJ and fashion designer worked with Capcom’s creative team, offering a unique and eye-catching range of apparel in the process.
The designs feature reinterpreted iconic Street Fighter artwork, offering the eye-catching aesthetic vibes of his streetwear label. The capsule includes twelve styles ranging from tees to long-sleeve tees and hoodies. Each piece is adorned with bold graphics and colorways that were inspired by the classic arcade game.
Along with the apparel drop is the Street Fighter 2 Player Counter-Cade. This limited-edition, 4-in-1 arcade system was made in partnership with Arcade1Up. Only 30 units are available, and it comes with collaborative artwork and designs, including side art by Steve Aoki and a Dim Mak-inspired marquee. The design is also the first-ever two-player counter-cade to be released by Arcade1Up. The Street Fighter 2 Player Counter-Cade is equipped with 4 Capcom games – Street Fighter™ II: World Warriors, Street Fighter™ II: Champion Edition, Super Street Fighter™ II: Turbo, Final Fight.
