The one and only Toro Y Moi is back. Last week, the artist made his return with a brand new track entitled “Postman.” Toro unveiled this new gem for our listening pleasures with a new album on the horizon. Never one to disappoint, the artist serves up a psych-funk jam that will instantly get caught in your head. The track is pushed by this funky bass line while accented by these catchy tambourines and Toro’s vocal prowess.
The track has a minimal approach with childlike lyrics that play perfectly with the backdrop. The track comes to life with an interesting set of visuals that finds the artist exploring San Francisco. The clip then morphs from live-action into animation during the song’s breakdown. Toro Y Moi once again delivers something impressive and contagious.
