The Taylor Gang General, Wiz Khalifa is back. The wordsmith spent the majority of the year unleashing vaulted material for our listening enjoyment. After spending the past several months hitting us with a barrage of unreleased material, he’s back with another new single. This one isn’t from the vault, instead of from an upcoming album from DP Beats. Today the wordsmith is back, offering up a brand new single entitled “Go Far.”
The track was produced by DP Beats, who is gearing up to drop off his new project, Dponthebeat Vol 4. The track is one of ten tracks that includes the likes of Chief Keef and Yung Bans. The single, “Go Far” is driven by these snappy, punchy drum sections, which are paired with some slick melodic elements. The combination provides Wiz with one hell of a home to do his thing, and he certainly doesn’t disappoint along the way. Wiz shows off his lyrical prowess and delivers on top of quite an impressive backdrop.
