The beautiful and incredibly talented, Janelle Monae is back. The songstress returns to the interwebs with not one, but two new tracks for our listening enjoyment. The two tracks “He’s A Tramp” and “What A Shame” are from the upcoming live-action remake of Lady & The Tramp. “Tramp” is a remake,” but “Shame,” notably replaces “The Siamese Cat Song” from the original. Both tracks are nothing short of outstanding, as Janelle effortlessly does her thing.
Janelle Monae portrays Peg the Pekingese in the film, which is the fourth live-action remake Disney has done in 2019. The long-awaited movie is out now, and it certainly brings back the nostalgia, doing so on the heels of the long-awaited arrival of the Disney+ streaming service. The live-action remake of the 1955 animated film Lady And The Tramp is certainly something to see. Janelle does her thing on both tracks and delivers a solid showcase of her incredible talents behind the mic.
