Daniel Arsham has been a busy man as of late. Today the artist returns to provide a look at his latest project with Nintendo’s Pokémon franchise. This time around, he unleashes a ‘PINK CRYSTALIZED CHARIZARD’ Sculpture. The new piece arrives as a base set 1st edition Charizard crafted in resin and crystal.
The first edition insignia is obscured by the Arsham’s signature erosion technique. The car stands at 30.48 cm in height and weighs 2.4kg. Arsham opened up about the design on an Instagram post. He stated: “This edition is modeled after the 1st edition Charizard Holo which is the most iconic and rare card in the Pokémon Card Universe.” The sculpture is limited to just 500 examples and comes with handling gloves.
