After ending Summer with his project, Dirt Bag, the west coast native, Blueface is back. The most intriguing newcomer of the year returns with a new single, serving up another contagious one called “Close Up.” The track finds Blueface pairing up with Chicago native, Jeremih, cooking up something quite interesting. The track finds the fellas providing a solid showcase of their respective talents, getting quite the home to excel upon.
The track is driven by these undeniable, catchy melodies which come seamlessly paired with some snappy, hard-hitting drum sections. The combination allows both artists to bring their A-game, Blueface with the bars, and Jeremih with the vocals. They do their thing and cook up something smooth and addictive, effortlessly showing off the best of their abilities. The track is the first new single from Blueface since he dropped his Dirt Bag project.
No word on where this track might live, or if Blueface is working on something new. However, it’s one we wouldn’t suggest sleeping on.
