As we get closer to the June 5th release of Ungodly Hour, Chloe x Halle are back. The sisters are back with another new single for our listening enjoyment, cooking up a new one called “Do It.” The two are gearing up to drop off the follow-up to 2018’s The Kids Are Alright.
They sat down with Zane Lowe at Beats 1 to speak about the upcoming opus. They stated: “We called it Ungodly Hour because it’s okay to not be perfect all the time. It’s okay to have those moments of self-reflection when you just don’t feel okay.”
The ladies have worked with a slew of artists on the project. Those include the likes of Disclosure, Victoria Monét, and Scott Storch. “Do It” comes to life with a brand new video. The duo said, “We really just wanted to show how we could pair our musicianship with letting people enjoy themselves and have fun.” The track is just the latest from Chloe x Halle, further building the hype for Ungodly Hour.
