It’s never a bad day when we get some new music from Danny Brown. With his highly anticipated new album on the horizon, we’ll be getting much more soon. Today the Detroit native is back at it, unleashing a brand new single while linking up with a duo of incredibly talented artists. Today Mr. Brown drops off “3 Tearz” with Run The Jewels. The artists bring their a-game and cook up something menacing, gritty and contagious. The single is the latest from Danny’s impending album, ‘uknowhatimsayin¿,’ which arrives this Friday.
The project comes executive produced by Q-Tip, who also produced three of the tracks on the album. “3 Tearz” serves as the third single from the album, fittingly, and Danny doesn’t disappoint. The track boasts these hard-hitting, energetic drum sections which come with some slick melodies. The combination provides Danny Brown, El-P, and Killer Mike with an excellent home to do their thing, and as always, they do not let us down. The track is packed full of gritty wordplay and uncanny delivery, a smooth instrumental and highly contagious vibes. What more do you want?
