The one and only Dr. Dre is back. Actually, he and a few of his friends return with something new for our listening enjoyment. Near the end of 2021, Grand Theft Auto Online released the new DLC: “The Contract.” This past Friday, Dr. Dre released his new ‘GTA: The Contract’ EP. The track comes from the new radio station from the game, and those tunes have now been released on to our favorite DSPs.
The EP includes six tracks in total, including: “The Scenic Route” with Rick Ross and Anderson .Paak, “Fallin’ Up” with THURZ and Cocoa Sarai, “Gospel” with Eminem,” “ETA” with Snoop Dogg, Busta Rhymes, and .Paak, “Diamond Mind” with Nipsey Hussle and Ty Dolla Sign, and “Black Privilege.” The tracks have been added as solo tracks, though below, you will find them compiled into one playlist for our listening enjoyment. Dre shows off his lyrical and production prowess while joined by some of our favorite artists in the process.
Our favorites so far are “The Scenic Route” with Rick Ross and Anderson .Paak, “Gospel” with Eminem, and “Diamond Mind” with Nipsey Hussle.
