The legendary west coast native, E-40, is back. Today the wordsmith kicks off another round of new music, doing so with a new single entitled “Go.” The track also arrives with some big news from the iconic lyricist. 40 Water is set to release an EP every two months as part of his latest project, The Curb Commentator. “Go” is the first single, arriving before Channel 1 drops on April 24th. The lead single from E-40 showing off his uncanny and unadulterated talents, going in over top of something smooth and quite contagious, to say the least.
The track is pushed by these hard-hitting, street shaking drum sections while paired with these captivating melodic elements. The combination comes together seamlessly and provides 40 with an incredible home to do his thing. He reciprocates nicely, unleashing a barrage of his lyrical talents in the process. This man has been doing his thing for decades, and apparently has no plans of slowing down.
