It’s never a bad day when we get some new music from EARTHGANG. Today the duo returns with an infectious new single and video, entitled “Erykah.” The duo is working on their highly-anticipated next album, Ghetto Gods, which will arrive sooner than later. While they put in work, the fellas decided to let loose of something new. The track, “Erykah,” finds the two showing off their respective talents while providing us with another fine example of their abilities behind the mic.
The track is pushed by this incredibly catchy melody which is paired up with crisp, snappy drum sections. The combination provides the fellas with an exceptional home to do their thing. They recently took to Twitter, opening up about their upcoming album and more. EARTHGANG tweeted: “Ghetto Gods is about finding the God in you.” They went on to add, “It doesn’t matter if you’re from the Ghetto or not. We all have the light in us. Elevate and let it shine.”
The new single, “Erykah,” serves to celebrate the living Goddess, following up their track “Aretha” with a new video directed by Neri.
