Ghostface Killah – “I Got Soul” & “Bob James” Freestyles

The legendary and seemingly timeless Ghostface Killah is back. The wordsmith recently celebrated the 25th anniversary of his debut album Ironman, and he is currently in the middle of his 3 Chambers Tour alongside GZA and Raekwon. Today he’s back with not one but two brand new freestyles for our listening enjoyment. GFK invades the interwebs with “I Got Soul” and “Bob James.”

The first track, “I Got Soul,” is his take on fellow legends Eric B & Rakim’s “I Know You Got Soul.” The second, “Bob James,” finds Ghostface linking up with Raekwon as they revisit the track RZA sampled for “Daytona 500.” The two freestyles showcase Ghostface’s uncanny delivery and style while hopefully gearing us up for the future.

Ghostface recently announced that Supreme Clientele 2 would be coming, and we’re hoping to see it released sometime in early 2022. GFK never lets us down, and he certainly doesn’t start with this one.

Do yourself a favor and check out the brand new freestyles in the stream below. In the meantime, keep it locked with The Culture Curators for all the best in new music coming very soon.
