In case you didn’t know, we stay on the hunt for outstanding new music to share with you. Well, we recently got turned on to an artist by the name of KDVSGOLIATH. Born in Addis Ababa but raised in South West London, he’s been on his grind since 2018, unleashing exceptional material inspired by his upbringing and more. This past Friday, he unleashed his latest single, a new gem of a track entitled “Banter.”
The track finds KD showing off his lyrical prowess behind the mic, serving up his unadulterated style and uncanny abilities. “Banter” first got our attention thanks to the aggressive, head-nod-inducing instrumental. The track starts with a distorted, rolling synth bass-like sound paired with these intense and punchy drum sections. Energetic doesn’t quite describe it, but it makes a perfect home for KDVSGOLIATH. The artist takes the track and gives us some of his raw and contagious lyrics, effortlessly riding the beat like a seasoned veteran.
