While we’ve all been social distancing and keeping to ourselves these days, we’ve found unique ways to connect with folks. Music has certainly helped and there has been no shortage of outstanding new material to dig through. The Baton Rouge native, Kevin Gates, is back. The wordsmith returns to the interwebs today with a brand new single, unleashing a brand new track called “Still Hold Up.”
The track is the latest from Mr. Gates, following a series of loosies like “Dreka” and “Always Be Gangsta.” The wordsmith has been quite busy since unleashing his sophomore album, I’m Him, and “Still Hold Up” is his latest. The Baton Rouge native effortlessly does his thing, getting quite a backdrop to excel upon. “Still Hold Up” is another example of Kevin’s lyrical prowess, and as expected, he doesn’t disappoint.
