For the past several months, Mike Posner has been trekking across America. The artist is walking across the country, so far making it over 2,000 miles. He’s encountered more than a few challenges, including a nasty rattlesnake bite. Well, today, Mr. Posner is back with something new for our listening enjoyment. The artist has linked up with New York City’s own, Talib Kweli, for a new one called “Legacy.”
The track is just the latest from Mike, who has steadily released new music along his journey. The artist recently opened up about his journey. He stated: “This journey has completely changed my life and how I think of myself and where I live.” He then added, “I get all the credit, but in reality, there’s so many people that have helped me along.” Mike Posner and Talib showcase their respective talents flawlessly, getting a rather fitting backdrop to do their thing.
These two go rather well together, so much so we wouldn’t mind a joint project. Highly doubtful that will happen, but either way, “Legacy” is something special.
