She’s back! It’s been over a year without any new tracks from Nicki Minaj. To end the streak, Nicki returned Friday with a new single for our listening enjoyment. The track is called “Seeing Green” and can be found on the updated version of her mixtape, Beam Me Up, Scotty. The mixtape was uploaded on Friday with three new tracks, including “Seeing Green,” featuring Drake and Lil’ Wayne.
This highly contagious, triumphant-sounding backdrop drives the track. The instrumental provides a perfect home for the trio to do their thing, and each one brings their a-game. The track isn’t just the first track from Nicki Minaj in over a year; it’s also the first Young Money trio’s first song together since 2018’s “No Frauds.”
