The creative minds over at atmos and Dr. Martens have joined forces. Certainly not strangers to style, the two brands are back at it again, adding another new collaborative design to their collection. The two labels have collaborated in the past, revamping classics like the 1461 while providing futuristic designs like the Tract Combs boot.
They return to blend the past and the future this time around, unleashing the Tarik Zip Boot. The boots were inspired by the sui generis visual style of anime, loaded with detail and coming with an accompanying digital “lookbook.” The boot sits on top of a brand new sole unit, secured with signature yellow stitching. The Tarik Zip Boot’s upper is crafted from soft black velvet and trimmed with smooth leather eye stays collars and heel pieces.
Detailed with silver eyelets, the boots also feature long red laces that cross over a co-branded atmos x Dr. Martens tongue badge. The yellow heel tabs are a nice touch, while a large silver zipper rimmed by red fabric accents the lateral collar. The boots are unique and bold, a perfect addition to any footwear collection.
