Pharoahe Monch x TH1RT3EN – Palindrome (Prod. Nottz)

It’s been a minute since Pharoahe Monch blessed the world with new music. That all changes today as the wordsmith returns with a new track entitled “Palindrome”. Pharoahe Monch has linked up with guitarist Marcus Machado and drummer Daru Jones, creating a new group TH1RT3EN. The trio is back with a new track produced by Nottz. Which finds all of the artists showing off their impressive talents.

The track serves as a celebration of the finale “Palindrome Week” of this century. The track is pushed by this menacing, gritty, hard-hitting set of drums which are paired with some intense, yet fitting melodic elements. The combination provides the wordsmith with a nice home to do his thing, and he doesn’t disappoint. Monch takes to the track and unleashes a barrage of his undeniable, uncanny lyrical prowess along the way. He definitely doesn’t fall short in the process. No word on where this one might end up, but it’s certainly one worth rocking with. We certainly hope the group, TH1RT3EN, is working on a new album, though time will tell.

Take a few minutes from your busy day and check out the contagious new effort, “Palindrome” in the stream below. Keep it locked for more new music and be sure to check out the latest installment of ‘A Curation of Sound.’
