With Spring right around the corner and Summer following closely behind, it’s time to add some color to your wardrobe. The good folks over at New Balance are back at it, offering a colorful twist on the eye-catching Vision Racer silhouette. The sneaker was created in collaboration with Jaden Smith, offering a futuristic design with exceptional attention to detail. The latest Vision Racer comes in a bold new colorway that is inspired by Jaden’s eye for flamboyance.
The Vision Racer features a mesh and suede upper, which is draped in two shades of pink. The reflective silver detailing on the lateral and medial midfoot add a nice touch, while the piping is stamped with repeating black ((VISION)) details. Further branding is seen on the midfoot, heel, and tongue tab.
The modern upper is situated upon ultra-thick midsoles with a blocky style and translucent outsoles. The sneakers come packaged with a set of black laces. The sneaker is crafted from recycled polyester, while the insoles are made partly of castor bean oil, while the midsoles are constructed partially of reground EVA foam.
