It might be hard to believe, but it’s been twenty-five years since Happy Gilmore first arrived in theaters. In order to celebrate the moment, Extra Butter has linked up with Adidas Golf, Seamus Golf, Asher Golf, and Vice Golf for a rather unique collaboration. The Extra Butter x Happy Gilmore 25th Anniversary Collection features an array of distinctive and iconic looks inspired by the film.
Adidas serves up three capsules that are based on Shooter McGavin, Chubbs Peterson, and Happy. Shooter’s gear features his “Shooter” hand gesture and a gold aesthetic throughout. Chubbs’ features pastels, argyle, “It’s All in the Hips” embroidery, as well as a pair of Adidas ZG21 spiked golf shoes with alligator and wood grain detailing.
Happy’s collection features a more casual approach with slides, sweatpants, and a cooler bag. Seamus created custom headcovers and a bag modeled after Happy, while Asher created some custom gloves. To finish off the unique collection, Vice has crafted a gold version of its Pro Plus.
