Style On Time | The North Face Black Series Spring/Summer 2020 Collection

The North Face has its eye on the future. Today the iconic imprint is back, providing a first look at its new Black Series Spring/Summer 2020 collection. This time around The North Face returns to utilize their revolutionary FUTURELIGHT technology. The new range combines the brand’s innovation and heritage but also adds minimalist, fashion-forward thinking. The designs also note a more feminine approach with female-specific pieces, and gender-neutral looks are seen as well. Two iconic designs were used as focal points, the Geodesic Dome and the Mountain Light jacket.

Tim Hamilton, Head of Global Creative, spoke about the collection. He stated: “With Black Series, we have created the next step in the evolution of The North Face as a brand that dares to disrupt and push the boundaries of innovation to deliver timeless designs that are built to last a lifetime.” He added, “In concepting the collection, we took inspiration from The North Face Archival Library, selecting styles that were born in the mountain, distilling them to their purest form, and rebuilding them into timeless reimaginations.”

Take a closer look at this clean, contemporary new range in the images below and look for the collection to release on February 25th and a full release occurring on February 26th via thenorthface.com and at select stores. In the meantime, keep it locked with The Culture Curators for more style and fashion options for Spring coming soon.
