About a year ago The Free Nationals served up their first single, which led to the hope of an impending album. A project never arrived, though the group continued to supply us with smooth new tracks. Today the group is back, returning with another new single for our listening enjoyment. This one is called “Eternal Light” and finds The Free Nationals pairing up with Chronixx. The track is smooth and contagious, everything we expect from the group.
“Eternal Light” has an undeniable vibe that kicks in from the opening moment, capturing our attention and focus in the process. The bag shows off their talents on all fronts, while Chronixx delivers a nice verse on top of the silky instrumental. The laid back appeal is certainly one worth your time and attention, as is anything that The Free Nationals are doing.
The group sings: “Aye rum all in my cup is full and running over. All we ever like is the love we never know. Baby girl just thanks for sex and coming over. And when she reaches over and turns off the phone.”
