When it comes to iconic sneaker silhouettes, the Air Jordan 6 is certainly among the top. Today the iconic sneaker returns, revamped in a new colorway that is sure to make Bugs Bunny proud. Today we get our first look at the new Air Jordan 6 “Hare.” No strangers to one another, Hare Jordan and Air Jordan, have quite a history together.
The two have been partners since a famous early ’90s ad, though this Summer, the duo will embark on a new chapter. The Air Jordan 6 “Hare” ushers in a new era. The sneakers boast inspiration from the classic Air Jordan 7 “Hare.” The sneakers boast vibrant details and eye-catching colors that are sure to add nicely to any collection.
The design boasts a soft grey suede base with crisp white leather overlays. We see a translucent tongue that is host to a jagged red, yellow, green, black, and white print. This print is also featured on the tongue liner and insole, while lace toggles are done in orange and green. Pops of red are seen on the neoprene throat and heel tab, while contrasting black Jumpman logos on the throat and purple Jumpman logos on the heel are a nice touch. The midsole includes a mix of plain white EVA foam and semi-translucent red rubber. The sneakers are then finished off with tri-color outsoles with a final large Jumpman logo.
Eye-catching and colorful, these are sure to make a nice addition to any collection. The Air Jordan 6 “Hare” will be available in full family sizes. They are slated to arrive on Nike SNKRS CN May 15th before coming to stateside stockists like Foot Locker on June 5th.
