Toronto’s very own, Tory Lanez is back. With a slew of new projects on the horizon, we can expect to hear a lot more from Mr. Lanez soon. Today he serves up a new loosie for our listening enjoyment, cooking up a solid new effort entitled “Forever.”
This new single arrives ahead of a barrage of planned projects, which include the fifth installment in his Chixtape series, a Spanish album, as well as the third installment of The New Toronto. To say Tory is busy would be an understatement. He took a break for a minute to release this new single, a smooth and contagious track that finds Tory again showing off his lyrical talents this time around. “Forever” is pushed by these big, snappy, menacing drum sections which are seamlessly paired with some slick, addictive melodic elements.
The combination provides Tory with a remarkable home to do his thing, and he certainly doesn’t disappoint. Tory takes to the track and laces us with some of his uncanny and undeniable wordplay, putting together another solid effort along the way. This might be our favorite recent release for Tory, and for good reason.
