The crooner known as Trey Songz makes his return. Today he’s back with a new single entitled “How Many Times?” The track arrives as protests spread across the world. Artists are using their voice to speak out for what’s right, and Trey is the latest. The track is officially titled “2020 Riots: How Many Times.” Trey asks: “Questions for the men and women who actually honor their badge to serve and protect: How long will you continue to allow these terrorists to exist among you?”
He goes on to say, “America is displaying first hand the carnage we suffer at the hands of law enforcement, how can we ever trust you?! When will all the good apples separate themselves from the bad?” The track is powerful and holds quite an important message. Elsewhere Mr. Songz asks: “How many mothers have to cry? How many brothers gotta die? How many more times? How many more marches? How many more signs? How many more lives?”
