He’s been on a streak over the past month or so, and today he returns once again with something new. Trinidad James is his name, and today the wordsmith returns with a brand new single entitled “Jame$ Woo Woo.” The track marks his first release of 2020, and he certainly doesn’t disappoint. The wordsmith provides a James Brown-inspired track and took over Zane Lowes’ Beats 1 radio show to talk about the track.
Mr. James stated: “‘Jame$ Woo Woo’ is an ode to the greatness Mr. Brown left on this earth.” Trinidad went on to add, “Times have changed tremendously, but artist vices are the still same and entertainment still matters.” The track is funky and smooth, interesting, and infectious; it’s really everything you’d expect from a Trinidad James track inspired by James Brown. The backdrop provides a perfect home for the artist to showcase his style and unadulterated personality. He does so flawlessly and puts together something quite impressive in the process.
