Get those hashtags ready folks; today is a day we can all get behind! In honor of National Pepperoni Pizza Day, we decided to compile a list of the five best takeout pepperoni pizzas in the game.
Before you begin to feel a certain type of way, let’s start by saying this. While we all have our favorite pizza joints, from mom and pop spots to buffets and even gourmet pizza locations, we all fall back on fast, easy pepperoni pizzas from time to time. Don’t feel like cooking dinner? Grab a pie. In a hurry and looking for something quick? Pizza is perfect!
We as American’s have an insatiable desire for pizza and why wouldn’t we? It’s easy, tasty, fast, and filling. Also, if you play your cards right, it’s a meal for two days. Let’s be honest, there may not be anything quite as amazing as breakfast pizza. Pizza is something we can’t seem to get enough of, which is why it’s worth celebrating.

For many of us, Pizza Hut started it all in terms of pizza. It’s still a solid option for a quick takeout option. Whether you choose to go with the hand-tossed crust, the pan pizza, or our personal favorite, the thin crust; Pizza Hut generally delivers. If we’re being real though, it’s the pepperoni that does it!
Dominos
A staple in the takeout/delivery pizza realm, Dominos has stepped their game up over the past few years. Their pepperoni pizza is a great option and on we find perfect for a day at the beach, a night in with beer, or just an effective choice for a party. Their sides and appetizers are not to be slept on either. That cheesy bread, though! Mouthwatering!
Blaze Pizza
Some of you might not be too familiar with Blaze Pizza, but you should be. Their pepperoni pizza is nothing short of incredible. The sauce is flavorful, the pepperoni itself is fantastic, and their crust is something we can just eat on its own. Blaze Pizza might be a newcomer in terms of the others on the list, but it’s one that should be on your list.
Papa Johns
Papa Johns is making a strong comeback. While not our personal favorite on the list, they offer a flavorful option that we do enjoy. While the pepperoni pizza is quite plain compared to some of their other options, it’s definitely top five for takeout and delivery. Now with Shaq as the face of the company, how can we not love it?
Little Caesars
For a few years, Little Caesars has been often overlooked. That all changed when they changed takeout pizza forever. Their innovative way of ordering and picking up pizza has made life incredibly easy. Don’t ever call and order ever again, walk-in, get your pepperoni pizza immediately and go eat! How much easier can it be? The Hot And Ready box has changed everything!
