The one and only BJ The Chicago Kid, is back. The singer/songwriter returns with a smooth new single called “The Chi.” The track is from the Showtime drama series of the same name, which is based on The Windy City. BJ, a Chi-Town representative, provides a personal homage to his hometown.
The track was produced by Jairus “Jmo” Mozee, who laced the artist with an incredible home to do his thing. BJ takes to the track and shows off his uncanny abilities behind the mic, and serves up something quite smooth along the way. He puts on for his city on the track, which was featured on the episode 403 from the series. The song has now been unleashed for everyone’s listening enjoyment.
