Black Coffee – LaLaLa Ft. Usher

The one and only, Usher is back. The R&B veteran has teamed up with South African DJ-producer Black Coffee for a brand new single titled “LaLaLa.” The track is a highly contagious, energetic new heater that finds both artists bringing the best of their respective abilities. The track is Usher’s first dose of new music since serving up his ‘A’ project with Zaytoven back in 2018. Usher and Black Coffee showcase their talents well, putting together something smooth and addictive.

Usher sings: “Can we take it all the way now? Can I take you all the way down like this?”, effortlessly showing off his vocal talents in the process. The crooner is rumored to be working on a sequel to his 2004 classic Confessions. Earlier this year he shared some photos of himself in the studio with Jermaine Dupri. JD produced the original Confessions. The image also featured a whiteboard that read “Confessions 2” and a tracklisting. No word on when that might arrive, but we’ve got this to hold us over. Don’t sleep on this one.

Check out the new single, “LaLaLa” in the stream below and keep it locked for more new music coming soon. While you’re at it, be sure to check out the latest installment of our weekly playlist, ‘A Curation Of Sound.’
