Color x Comfort | Nice Kicks x adidas Consortium’s Woodstock-Inspired UltraBOOST

Since it was released back in 2015, the adidas UltraBOOST has seen a bevy of revamps and makeovers. The UltraBOOST returns and does so in what could possibly be its boldest iteration yet. Nice Kicks is teaming up with adidas Consortium for the UltraBOOST “Woodstock.” This brilliantly colored silhouette offers plenty of style and attitude, as well as comfort and function.

The UltraBOOST has become a go-to sneaker for many and a must have for sneakerheads across the globe. The style, the comfort and the array of colorways make it a solid choice for any collection. The design includes a striking tie-dye spiral upper that boasts semi-translucent cages. The sneakers are finished off with a gum sole that comes in reference to adidas’ first consortium project on the NMD R1. Other details include white boost midsoles with Nice Kicks and Woodstock co-branding found on the tongues of both shoes. The sneakers come crafted as an homage to Woodstock, which celebrates its 50th anniversary this year. Woodstock was a symbol of the hippie movement and a place people traveled to in order to celebrate peace, love, and music. It was more than a music festival and more of a cultural spectacle.

Nice Kicks and adidas Consortium blend Americana with forward-thinking performance which serves as a reminder of the hippie movement. It was a time when people could come together to work towards a common goal.

Take a look at the colorful new kicks in the images below and look for the sneakers to arrive on August 17 on Nice Kick’s website and at in-store locations. Keep it locked for more new footwear and sneakers coming very soon.
