It’s been entirely too long since dvsn dropped off some new listening material. Aiming to make up for lost time, the R&B duo is back with not one, but two new singles for our listening enjoyment. The Canadian duo unleash “Miss Me?” and “In Between,” again showing off their smooth sounds and swagger, while putting in work on a new project.
The first single, “Miss Me?” finds the duo speaking on something we can all relate too, in getting back with an ex. Daniel Daley sings, “Tell me do you miss me? / Like I be missing you / Soon as I get you out my system, girl I relapse.” The second track, “In Between” serves as quite the contrast to the first, offering a stripped-down ballad that will certainly get stuck instantly.
The OVO representatives showcase their talents seamlessly, having a bit of a confessional over top of some retro-futuristic sounds. In case you didn’t know, dvsn is comprised of Daley and Grammy-winning producer Nineteen85. The duo has been in the study as of late working on a new project, which will serve as a follow-up to 2017’s Morning After.
