Future – ‘I Never Liked You’

The ATL’s very own, Future is back at it. The wordsmith returns with his first project in nearly two years. This one is called ‘I Never Liked You.’ The project is a follow-up to High Off Life, and Future delivers something unique. He also spoke about the opus, opening up for GQ’s “The Best Rapper Alive” cover story.

Future stated: “Putting this project together is just people understanding that I love hard. Probably love the hardest.” He added, “I wanted to showcase my skills as far as melodies and topics and being vulnerable.” The new album features sixteen new tracks and features from Drake, Kanye West, Gunna, Young Thug, Tems, EST Gee, and Kodak Black. Standouts include “Keep It Burnin” featuring Kanye, “Wait For U” with Drake and Tems, and “Voodoo” featuring Kodak Black. Elsewhere Future serves up singles such as “Love You Better,” “I’m On One” with Drake, and “Gold Stacks.”
