The one and only, Hit-Boy is back. The producer, wordsmith, and much more returns to the interwebs today with a brand new project for our listening enjoyment. The new EP is entitled ‘The Chauncey Hollis Project,’ a three-pack of tracks that is sure to catch your attention. Hit-Boy has stayed busy in 2019, cooking up a joint project with SOBxRBE, while providing production for some of today’s biggest hits.
After linking up with Big Sean and A$AP Ferg on “Bezerk” and lacing Saweetie with “No L’s,” it’s time to shine on his own accord. Hit-Boy delivers something impressive, putting together three tracks to showcase his talents behind the boards and behind the mic. This dude never disappoints, and he certainly doesn’t start on this one. The Chauncey Hollis Project includes “First String,” “Young & Black,” and “Ice Cold.” Each track brings a different vibe to the project, which gives us something smooth and impressive to rock with. No word on if Hit-Boy is working on something bigger, but we’ll find out more in the future.
