Having dropped the Jay from his name, the wordsmith has been cooking up some incredible material and linking up with some of today’s hottest artists. For the past few years IDK has been making quite a name for himself. He’s dropped a number of exceptional mixtapes and singles, though he’s left us waiting for an official debut project. Today IDK is back with something new of his own, serving up his highly anticipated opus ‘Is He Real?’
The album is the DMV-reared MC’s debut album, a solid collection of new material that finds the artist holding things down on his own. The album, ‘Is He Real?’ comes locked in with fourteen new tracks, including the singles “24” and ”Digital.” IDK shows off his depth and his growth as an artist, unleashing a bevy of excellent new material along the way. Some of our other favorites include “Alone,” “Lilly,” “December,” “The “E” in Blue,” and “No Cable.”
