Back at it once again, Jidenna returns with a brand new video for our viewing pleasures. He’s been a busy man as of late, serving up his latest opus, 85 To Africa last weekend. Today he drops off the visuals for the standout single, “Sufi Woman”. The track finds Jideena showing off his vocal talents while bringing a fitting look and feel with the video. Surrounded by some beautiful “Sufi Women,”
Jidenna gives us something eye-catching and infectious. The Afropop-inspired backdrop gets a fitting, cinematic video directed by Fatimah Asghar. The instrumental lends itself as a perfect soundtrack. The smooth vibes and contagious rhythm is brought to life flawlessly with a sultry, steamy video that we can’t seem to get enough of. Exotic and energetic, the video is certainly one we wouldn’t suggest sleeping on. The track itself, “Sufi Woman,” is one of many standouts from Jidenna’s new project and one we will have on steady rotation for the foreseeable future.
