For hip-hop fans, we’ve all been wondering where Jon Connor has been over the past few years. While we haven’t heard anything new in a minute, he’s been hard at work. It’s been far too long since we last heard from Jon Connor. That all changes today as the wordsmith returns with something new. The wordsmith returns to serve up his own “Homicide (Freestyle).” The track finds Mr. Connor serving up a solid showcase of his talents yet again, and as expected, he doesn’t disappoint.
The track finds Jon showing out over top of the Logic and Eminem beat, going straight for the kill with a barrage of his lyrical prowess. The track’s energetic backdrop provides a perfect home for Jon to do his thing. He hits the track running and unleashes a dose of his lyrical delivery and lyrical prowess along the way. Mr. Connor never fails to deliver quality bars, and he certainly doesn’t start on this one. The freestyle is another solid example of Mr. Connor’s lyrical talents, and he delivers some impressive wordplay and a bevy of bars for our listening pleasures.
